Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

This is useful because in the early section of the game you will come and go past that whip post many times having acquired weapon orbs along the way which in the original game you wouldn't get a chance to forge unless and until you huffed it all the way down to Gaia's Navel. Thus having a Watts here is a significant quality of life improvement, particularly when this hack is combined with Level 9 Weapons Progression Balance: https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/4309/ Some important things to note: - This hack has the (arguably desirable) side effect of preventing Watts from disappearing from Gaia's Navel after you complete the Upperland. - How to combine this with the Variable Width Font hack: 1. Apply VWF, 2. Remove header, 3. Apply Watts in the Haunted Forest VWF version. - How to combine this with Relocalized: 1. Apply Relocalized, 2. Apply Watts in the Haunted Forest Relocalized version. Changelog: - 1.3: Some refactoring plus a simpler patching procedure. - 1.2: Watts will now no longer appear until after you've acquired the axe plus some other code refactoring.
