Dawn of Souls - Final Fantasy I Auto-Name Update Beschreibung

Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls was the first in the "Finest Fantasy for Advance" series--Game
Boy Advance versions of the NES and SNES Final Fantasy titles, each sporting a new localization.

FFI Advance introduced an Auto-Name feature, where the four faceless avatars could be given names
based off of NPCs from FFIII, IV, V, VI, and IX. The localization team even did their homework, and
checked the previous official English releases of games in the series, ensuring that returning
players would catch the references.

However, this caused a problem when later games received their re-localizations. Suddenly, the names
in FFI Advance didn't match up anymore! This patch seeks to rectify that.
