Final Fantasy: Valkyries of LightDescription

Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

Final Fantasy: Valkyries of LightRead Me

Heavily inspired by such hacks as Feminine Fantasy and Women of Light, Valkyries of Light sets out to be an updated female-themed graphical patch that can be applied with other patches, or used with the Final Fantasy Randomizer.

0.99 Release Changes:

Many of the class sprites have been tweaked, standardized, and reworked
*** Character sprite designs are now FINAL ***

0.5 Release Changes:

Changed the text layout for weapons and armor back to vanilla FF1 style to add compatibility with FFR's equipment randomization feature and fix a potential graphical glitch
(It will still look out of place when equipment names are changed to reflect the new spell the items cast, but is no longer glitchy)

*** A copy of the 0.4 patch is also included in the .zip for use if you do NOT intend to use equipment randomization ***

0.4 Release Changes:

Minor edits to Thief, White Wizard, and Red Wizard battle sprites
Massive rework of the Black Wizard battle sprites
Mixed-case spells, enemy abilities, item names, and more!
(Enemy names are NOT mixed-case due to optional FF Randomizer fun% settings)
Changed font to the one used in FF3j
Menu symbols for weapons, armors, and potions are now the FF3j versions
    Altered text alignment very slightly
    Changed battle borders slightly
Sleep status text changed from messy "Asleep" to much cleaner "Sleep"

0.3 Release Features:

All 12 classes’ battle and map sprites have been changed from the originals to their female counterparts.
All class names are now mixed-case, to be easier on the eyes.
MASTER is now M.Monk (Master Monk.)

To Do:

Bridge cutscene edits that are currently beyond the author's capability to do right now
    Possibly more text cleanup

There are NO balance or bug fixes, to try to preserve compatibility with other patches and tools. Aside from the graphical and minor text edits, this hack plays completely vanilla.
