Final Fantasy III - Button Settings Menu RestorationDescription

Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

 1. Description
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This patch brings back the Button Settings menu, which had been removed during
localization. In an effort to avoid taking up any additional memory, the patch
first rewrites an existing code section in a more compact way, freeing up the
space it needs.

Source code is included to allow for customization.

 2. Translation notes
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is, by and large, a fairly literal translation, except for the replacement
of "Normal" with "Default." The original title actually translates as
"Button Settings," but that covers about half of the screen, which looks
terrible. The change is in line with the other titles, which are limited to a
single word. On a related note, the title is now centered vertically, which
looks better and is consistent with the Config menu.
