Energy Ball (also known as Moon Energy) is a skill which increases the critical
hit rate to 50%.  However, due to a bug in the original game that made critical
hits non-existent, Energy Ball was completely useless.

This patch makes it so that Energy Ball increases all stats of the target ally
(basically, the opposite of Black Curse), instead of increasing the non-existent
critical hit rate.  It also decreases the casting time a bit.  However, it also
increases the MP Cost from 6 to 7.

This also changes the effects of the Energy Ball items (Death Wolf Soul and
Wolf Devil Oil).


Applying Notes:

- This is specifically for No Header ROM.  If you only have a Headered ROM, then
  you can use TUSH (https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/608/) to remove the
  header.
- Compatible with the English NCorlett-translation patch.  But again, you need a
  Unheadered ROM.  If you are using the translation patch from Romhacking.net,
  then you need to apply the translation to a Headered ROM first, then use TUSH
  to remove the header.  And then you can apply this patch.
- Compatible with the new Trials of Mana ROM, released in 2019.  But again, you
  need a Unheadered ROM.
- Compatible with hmsong's Class Balace patch.  However, apply the Class Balace
  patch first, then apply the Useful Energy Ball patch.

  equipment changes, class balance, difficulty, boss behaviors, running in
  battles, MP regeneration, dungeon format, and tons of bug fixes.  It's a
  completely new game though, since so much has changed from the original game
  (especially character spells).
- There is also a forum (google "Sin of Mana forum"), where you can ask the
  creator (praetarius5018) numerous questions.  He is very helpful, and even
  helps you to create your own hack.
- Sin of Mana is NOT compatible with the new Trials of Mana.
- Sin of Mana is NOT compatible with hmsong's patches.

Seiken Densetsu 3 fix-only Patch:

- This fixes some of the bugs that were present in the original game.
- This fix-only patch is NOT compatible with the new Trials of Mana.
