==Purpose of the patch==
Modify the colors to make the game look closer to the original SNES version.

==Usage==
Apply the included IPS file to the ROM (e.g. via Retron 5, Retrofreak, dedicated program such as "StealthPatch IPS Patcher").
If you get a red screen, the checksum needs to be fixed. Programs such as ESE FixCheckSum can do this for you.

==Notes==
*Base version wasn't too shabby in most places, so this was mainly minor fixing and tweaking
*Flight stages really stand out in negative way, artwork looks poor. These were daytime stages in the SNES version. I've tried daytime colors, but it looked terrible (lit streetlamps stand out, river shares color with buildings and all that)
*for HivePAL users that want to improve this or do their own colors
