Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

The one thing that is terrible about the Nintendo DS port was the use of the microphone. Blowing on the microphone:
- On the title screen, Puyos appear
- The menu options bounce up and down
- During a Puyo Match, it plays your player’s voice file (for example, Amitie says “You betcha!”)
A pointless feature that really wasn’t required. For whatever reason, there is no option to turn the microphone off, and if you are in noisy environment like in a car, well enjoy getting your ears blasted to death with the same phase repeated over and over again during a match.
A patch has been created, which “disables” the microphone. Download one of the following utilities to apply the “0072 - Puyo Pop Fever (U).xdelta” patch:
