Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

This hack adjusts the difficulty of Zelda II to make it more playable. As we all know, this game is very difficult to complete, to the point where it is frustrating to play through it and is not even fun due to the high difficulty. That is where this hack comes into play. Some of the things it does is increases the damage you do to enemies, reduces the damage you take from enemies, reduces the amount of magic your spells consume, and increases the number of lives you start with.
