Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.
After making a patch to recolor the ghostbuster to allow Winston a more natural skin tone, forumer M-Tee joined in and we made many tweaks and bug-fixes in an attempt to make an already great game even better. Contributions by M_Tee -Vigo's hair outlined, making it much more visible (no more bald Vigo). -Improved Janosz's sprite. -Major color palette tweaks on every level to create better contrast and compliment the new-colored ghostbusters. Contributions by DarkanX -Ghostbusters recolored. -Improved Ghostbuster sprites (Proton packs, legs, Peter's hairline, Egon's glasses, etc...). -Color palette tweaks to enemies and a few minor tweaks to level palettes. -Shrunk giant chair on character select screen. -Minor sprite/tile edits and fixes. -Added names to credits. To use: Apply patch to the European version of the ROM and enjoy! (patch might also be compatible with Japan and Prototype versions, as there is not much difference between them; untested).
