About the translation

This hack is an addendum to "Mega Man X3 - Zero Project V4.0 (Base Mod)", that translated it to brazilian portuguese. Made after asking permission to Justin3009. The translation features new accented characters, new menus edited and most graphics edited. Only "Option Mode" and "Ready" graphics are missing for now.
