Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.
FF6 Hard Challange V 1.1B This is a patch for the Final Fantasy 6 V 1.0 rom. Please don't use with the japanese version. What this patch does is changes the hp and mp evolution where you can't get over 999hp or 99mp. Don't think you can get by this with the esper bonouses ;) I have fixed that. Max hp gain is 939 Max mp gain is 89 for each character. Max hp = 939 + characters starting hp. Max Mp = 89 + 10 mp. (each character has 10 mp at level 1) I've finally changed the exp table for this version, Leveling starts out fast, but gets very very slow towards level 99. Due to a bug in in Version 1.1 you couldn't reach level 99! This patch makes it where you are required to get 10,000,000 exp to level 99. Thanks for Lenophis for pointing this out to me that Max EXP is 15,000,000. The equipment that used to give you HP and MP + bonus have had some changes so they won't do so anymore, but provide better protection against spells and status effects. Though the descriptions are now lying, so it will surpise you. Coming soon: - Enemy stat changes to make the game a little more difficult. - Change exp and GP gained from every monster, they will give you 75% of what you normally get. - Make it where espers will give you less stat boost per level up. - Lower MP cost of spells and epsers, due to the fact that some spells and espers require more than 99 mp.
