Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

Hi. I did this little hack of 1943 while I had downtime at work. It's one of my favorite NES shooters. This hack changes some ship names to match the arcade version/real life, and I also re-wrote the intro, "fake ending," and the actual ending to somewhat reflect what actually happened during the Battle of Midway in World War II. No actual gameplay was modified; all changes were graphical and textual. Here's a list of everything I did: - Re-wrote intro. Cleaned up grammar, changed "Hawknest" to "USS Yorktown" and "Totaku" to "Battleship Yamato" - Changed all enemy ship names to those in the arcade version/real life - Changed number font to one that looks more like the one from the arcade - Partially re-wrote "fake ending" after mission 16. - Partially re-wrote ending, changed "Hawknest" to "Hornet."
