Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

Apply the included IPS file to the ROM (e.g. via Retrofreak, Retron 5, dedicated program such as "StealthPatch IPS Patcher"). If you get a red screen, the checksum needs to be fixed. Programs such as ESE FixCheckSum can do this for you. ==Notes== -This was one of my first game modifications, finally released and also ported to the NTSC-U version. -The game could heavily profit from a graphics uncompressor, so the sprites, backgrounds etc. can also receive a makeover. Many colors have been wrongly indexed, resulting in graphics that can't be fixed by a simple color edit. Please contact me on the forums if you can write such a decompressor. I'm be willing to further improve this game. -Furthermore the score bug (timer resets in castle stage when talking to the witch, allows to infinitely farm enemies for score) needs to be fixed -The game contains plenty of palettes that are never used ingame. ==legal stuff== Do whatever you want with these files, it's just a hobby.
