INTRO
This is a hack of Dragon Warrior for the NES which doubles
the experience and gold earned from battles. Internally,
the hack also allows a 16-bit value to be earned for either
(that is, more than 255). This doesn't affect the original
game as no battle will go over 255 even after being
doubled, but it can be used for anyone wishing to adjust
experience/gold values of enemies in their own hack.

This patch does NOT work with Dragon Quest, the original
Japanese version of the game.

FINAL THOUGHTS
This is my first "Doubled" hack of JRPGs, where I try to
reduce grinding for experience and money by doubling what
you earn in battles with enemies. All it does is add a
routine that takes whatever you earn in the battle and
doubles it before the game tells you the total or adds it
to your character. Nothing else was changed in the game, so
treasure chests still have the same amount. As mentioned
above, if you want to use this in a hack of your own where
you adjust values, you can now earn more than 255, but you
should make sure you credit me for it if you do.

Not much more to say about this, other than expect plenty
more patches for other games!
