Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.
1.4 Update This is probably going to be my final update for a while. First off, let me apoligize for uploading the wrong file before. I guess when you make as many backups as I do, they get mixed up. Anyway, at this point, I have fixed all that I know to fix as far as glitches are concerned. For those of you still having issues with Graham's hands and cloud spawning and the Julius Boss not using subweapons, the best I can tell, it seems to be an issue with playing on a mobile device versus a PC. If all else fails, save before the boss and reset. This update includes fixed enemy data that used to mention Soma, as well as certain enemies weaknesses and tolerances changed. So, you really need to pay attention to what foes are weak to and use that whip that is most effective in that situation. One of the Whips has the Killer Mantle ability so that you can take care of Iron Golems and Red Minotaurs with ease now. 1. Brandishing the whip works at random times. When you start the game, save at the first save point and reset. This should fix the issue. 2. Some people have reported the second encounter with Graham not occurring. Be sure to save in the floating Garden (where the Altairs and Rippers are) and reset if this happens, since you will miss a key element in the plot. Also, if you go to different rooms and notice that enemies are missing, reset the game to get them to spawn again. This seems to be random. 3. Look EVERYWHERE for items. A few new custom items have been added. Also, more Darkness doors have been added to get powerful items after you beat Graham. 4. The three souls for the true ending are not needed. Something specific to Julius is used instead. 5. If you have to cheat, cheat when using a savestate. Cheating WILL mess the game up. But seriously, use a savestate and use the All Souls cheat to get a special ending I made for cheaters. lol. You should get a kick out of it. 6. Talk to Mina and Hammer often for more in depth story dialogue. 7. ALWAYS SAVE BEFORE BOSSES!! Bosses that have a special entrance trigger (headhunter, death,legion, balore, Chaos)will sometimes not spawn and you will be locked in the room. 8. In some cases, when fighting Graham and he transforms, the hands and cloud above him will not spawn. You can still kill him, that is annoying, though. Similarly, when fighting Julius, he will never do his grand cross attack and will just keep attacking you regularly for the entire battle. (I had multiple people test the demo for glitches and neither of them had either of these issues). 9. When you reset the game, any level progress you have made will be reset to level 1 (this is a programming issue, not something I?ve done). I have tweaked weapons and armor to compensate for this. You will also have to re equip whatever equipment you had. I think I have balanced the difficulty fairly well. 10. Being Poisoned, Cursed or do not effect Julius (except in the pause menu). But stoning is weird, so as long as you have an armor equipped, you will be resistant to these things. 11. The only boss that have issues spawning now is Headhunter. All of the others seem to appear as normal. Some bosses don't spawn in boss rush mode. Can't fix this. (Don't worry, the story mode will). 12. Sometimes the palettes for the subweapons will glitch and look strange. They still act the same way and do the same damage. 13. The underwater fidgeting issue has been fixed. Julius will now walk as normal under water. 14. I'm really pleased with how the story came out, and I think it would be believable within the castlevania canon. Don't forget to get all 4 endings, including losing to Chaos. Enjoy the special weapons I made for Julius!
