1) Copy all ROMs you want to patch into the folder "MD" and "MD\32X". They need to be in the .md/.32x format.
2) Get flips.exe and put it in the same folder as this text file: https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1040/
3) Execute "patch.bat" to patch 'em all!
4) Optional: Use "rename.bat" to add "[60Hz]" to every file name. You can undo this by executing "undo-rename.bat".

ROM names must follow the naming scheme of No-Intro.


"IPS\Bonus" contains patches for changing the region code in the header. They do not affect the checksum.

J = Japan
U = USA
E = Europe
F = France

A game can have up to 3 region codes, so combinations like "UE", "JE" and "JUE" are possible.


There is also an alternative patch for "International Sensible Soccer (Europe)" which should have
the exact same effect as the one in the "IPS" folder, but uses a different method of removing the
region protection.
