1.0 to 1.1b changes [Sarah Shinespark]
Removes a useless ADC in $9008 (an event handler) and uses the 3 bytes to add an ORA.
Changes any banks using this method to fastrom banks.
Also, manually changed a lot of JSLs to use fastrom.
