Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.
Hello friends! Thanks for downloading my second SMB3 rom hack. This is a straight sequel to The Rainbow Realms. For those who have played my first hack, you should expect a hack of similar style and quality, with an emphasis on unique/interesting level design. The difficulty level is roughly the same as the original - or perhaps a touch harder in places - but I intend to give the player a fair challenge that shouldn't require the use of savestates. ~~ World titles are as followed; World 1 - Rustrazed Ridge World 2 - Peacock Prairie World 3 - The Ice Fields World 4 - Muncher Valley World 5 - Aquatic Wonderland World 6 - Butterscotch Falls World 7 - Cotton Candy Cloudwalk World 8 - ??? Each world has its own unique colour palette and design style, with plenty of secrets hidden along the way. Like my first hack, there is a warp whistle hidden in each of the first three worlds. Good luck finding them;) ~~ And lastly some big thank you's; - The SMB3 discord channel (a beautiful community rich with info and people with a variety of different skills) - Hukka's SMB3 Workshop - Beneficii's SMB3 Map Editor - Dcahrakos' SMB3 Text Editor - never-obsolete's SMB3 Title Screen Editor - HxD -- my prefered hex editor - KP9000 - for an amazing title screen far beyond my capabilities - JoeSmo, BlueFinch, mari42, doublebass1985 - for plenty of advice, help, constructive criticism and playtesting. You have all helped make this hack possible! I hope you enjoy playing this hack as much as I have enjoyed making. As always, please send any bugs/feedback/questions to [email protected]. :)
