Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)
Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.
Hello, friend! Please read EACH GAME SECTION AS IT CONTAINS HELPFUL TIPS!! *PLEASE WRITE A REVIEW FOR THESE GAMES! I'd LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK!* Thank you for choosing to play my Super Mario Bros 3 hacks. I do not own Super Mario Bros 3, nor do I affiliate with Nintendo in any way. I also do NOT distribute Roms. No copyright infringement intended! This is a special thank you to Quick Curly, Dahrkdaiz, Zbyte, Googie, Insectduel and KP9000 for Inspiring me or flat out being able to answer my emails. These hacks are inspired by Red Mario Bros 3, Chaos Control and Mario Adventure! I tucked away my dream of becoming a video game designer when I gave up learning Javascript. I actually just came out of the closet as bisexual at the time (I was sixteen) and it was too stressful for me to continue on learning computer coding. So I gave up all together. Now almost ten years later here I am with two of my own games. These games are my gift to you! Before you get Started (!) Here's What you need to know: (!) # The games together are known as "The Final Fortis Series". The game series itself is suppose to be progressively annoying and difficult (but not troll level)There's actually three games to the series however the first game is so terribly done, that Super Mario Bros 3.67 is actually a reimagining of that game. If you should actually want to play Super Mario bros 3.5 The Final Fortis Edition, please feel free to express your opinion in a review as I keep the patch for it as well. (if you so choose to write one) *Fun fact: The hacks got their name because I'm a huge fan of Haunting Grounds, by Capcom. Well I was playing the game at the time and decided to name the hacks after items you can receive in the game* (!) GAME 1: Super Mario Bros 3.75 : Torva Edition (!) November 2013 - April 2016 Difficulty: For players familiar with Super Mario Bros 3. (Ages 10+) (5*****/10**********stars) #White mushrooms make a return in this game! The first one is located in World 1 -5 #The game is Seven worlds long *cough* #Two of the worlds pay homage to horror Icons (in their color schemes and letters) A Nightmare on Elm Street's Freddy Krueger and Halloween's Michael Myers. #One world pays homage to a close friend and (a letter mentioning) my uncle that I lost. #When you're retrieving items please stay on screen with the item and please wait for the item to disappear! That way you receive the item. (Note: If you die after you obtain the item and it disappears while you're still in the level, you'll still have the item in your inventory) #This game's color schemes play off my own androgyny. #There are 102 levels accessible total in this game. About 95+ of them are accessible from the world map. #Hammers are in abundance in this game! Use them wisely but more importantly don't let them sit in your inventory! Be sure to have at least three by the time you reach world 7! #Please forgive world 6. I'm sure most of you will enjoy it but it urks my nerves. I'm not a fan of the design much anymore lol #World 7 contains a few graphic hacks #The last level (Bowser's Castle) is a maze just like it was in Super Mario Bros (the 1985 edition). After you Complete this game! Please continue onto Super Mario bros 3.67 as it technically is the Sequel of this game~ (!) GAME 2: *thesequel* Super Mario Bros 3.67 : The Fairy Earrings Edition (!) May 2016 - October 2016 Difficulty: For veteran players who've had experience with Super Mario Bros 3 hacks. Suitable for anyone who's played through all 8 Super Mario Bros 3 worlds or has played Super Mario Bros 3.75 Torva (8********/10********** Stars) #This game is a continuation of Torva Edition #The game contains 8 world and increases in difficulty, this game brings 4 new worlds that didn't exist before in The Final Fortis 3.5. The worlds that are returning are: Fire Land, Music Note Land, Nipper Plant Kingdom, Bullet Bill Alley. The Four Worlds, new to TFF: Ms. K's CrossPatch, Diamond Fields, Not-So-Lonely Garden and Bowser's Canyon of Depression #Each world has graphics that have been hacked, as well as the main map and the mushroom houses! (to make the game different from Torva) #Three types of mushroom houses exist, the regular ones, The Den Mother's Hidden White Mushroom and Mike's Room (a new bonus exclusive to the Garden and Nipper Plant Kingdom) #The game is 126 levels total, 108+ are accessible from the World map (This does not include Hammer Bros Spaces. #As with Torva, please wait for the item to disappear off screen before moving on as it won't be counted in your inventory unless it disappears while you're on screen with it. #The location of Den Mother's first Hidden mushroom house is World 1-6 #Along with The Hidden Mushroom houses, the game also utilizes the takara kawaii white ship! :) (Your coin amount has to be a multiple of '11', and the number in the tenth's place of your score must also match with the multiple of 11. IE: 66 coins with a score of 88,560 pts) #The game pays homage to my Aunt and my dog, as well as a close friend and his cat, Professor Puffy Paws. #There's only one whistle located in the entire game, can you find it? #This game has been accused of having a few troll boxes. I promise they weren't intended to annoy at all. #This game utilizes a new enemy not seen in the original SMB3 or in Torva. #This game also uses vines whereas Torva does not. #The last level (Bowswer's Castle) Is more likened to the way it was in Super Mario Bros 3. Again! Thank you all who decide to play the games! Please feel free to leave a review of how much you enjoyed it.... or didn't! I would love to hear your opinion! -Aubrey
