Descripción de Kid Niki 3 MMC-3 Hack

Don’t think this is gonna be a 100% Gold Remake, it’ll have its differences. Extra battles (some’ll be optionals, tough but rewarding), Hoenn Pokemon (in every area, and hard to find) New areas, Remapped some dungeons (so your old guides wont work) , Extra recurring characters (some’ll hate you, some’ll help you)

Note that the hack is incomplete but feel free to enjoy the hack as-is.

Nintendo MMC-3 Patcher
By: MottZilla

This program will convert the game from the IREM H-3001 (iNES Mapper #065) to the
Nintendo MMC-3. You will need a TSROM board or similar. The game was originally 128Kb
of PRG-ROM and 128Kb of CHR-ROM. It has been expanded to 256Kb PRG-ROM and 128Kb of
CHR-ROM. Additionally, the game did not originally use WRAM, however this conversion
does use it. So you need a MMC-3 with 256Kb PRG, 128Kb CHR, and 8K WRAM. No battery
backup is required ofcourse, but it won't hurt if your board has a battery.

Why didn't I make an IPS patch? IPS patches are great for when you change a small bit
of the ROM image, but it's terrible when you are moving sections of ROM around. So
you will need a Win32 platform to run the patcher. It will expand the ROM, move stuff
around, create some new code and patch some things. More than an IPS is good for.

Usage: Take your ROM, put it in the same folder as KN3PATCH.exe, and rename it KN3.NES
Run KN3PATCH.exe and you'll see some messages telling you of success or failure if
there was a problem. If things went well, it will have written a file "KN3_MMC3.NES"
